Lenovo Express  boasts a management team with vast experience and knowledge of the IT industry and its logistic requirements.

At the very heart of Lenovo Express ’ value proposition is service excellence. Through advanced information systems, and a user friendly website, Lenovo Express  is able to fulfil orders placed online within 24 hours to all the major centres in South Africa.

Alternatively, customers can also collect items ordered from the stock holding Lenovo Express warehouse situated in Paulshof.


The 2 directors have more than 30 years combined experience in the IT and logistics industry. They have a detailed understanding of the importance of service levels particularly when it comes to critical components required to keep business operational.

Business process

Lenovo Express  recognises that the online business is going to play a major role in the future when companies look at changing their transaction cost structure. Today however there is a need to recognise that a dual model needs to exist. To this end Lenovo Express  supports it’s online and e-mail ordering process with a competent call centre. This call centre is measured in terms of calls waiting, calls dropped and 360 degree customer feedback.

For customers wishing to place their orders online at www.lenovoexpress.co.za. The process is as follows

Simply browse for the items that you require by clicking on the categories links on the left of the site, or by using the Search box on the top right of the site.
Once you have seen the item/items that you would like to buy, you may add them to your shopping cart by clicking the or buttons on the page. When checking out with your cart, you will be asked to either make a new account with us, or log into your existing account in order to complete the purchase. This is a straightforward process and will allow you to log into our site in future to track the status of your orders placed.
During checkout, you will be asked to select the shipping and payment options which will be most convenient for you, after which you will be taken to a final confirmation screen before your order is confirmed (if you are paying via EFT), or before you are able to enter your credit card details (if you are paying via credit card). Once your order has been paid for, you will be able to track it by logging into your account on the site and you will also receive an email from us detailing your order details. For those customers wishing to deal direct with Lenovo Express they can either e-mail or fax their orders through to the call centre.

The same efficient level of service applies, regardless of the choice made in dealing with us.
Customers should note that orders will only be delivered once we have received proof of payment. In the case of an EFT, this would be a copy of your proof of transfer.

For customers who have accounts with Lenovo Express , there is no delay in execution of the order.

Methods of payment

Lenovo Express  accepts payment via Electronic Funds Transfer/Bank Deposit and all major credit cards. When paying for goods, please remember to fax proof of deposit for your payment, as we only ship goods or ready them for collection once we have received this. Customers may also pay cash or by credit card when collecting orders directly from the Paulshof warehouse.

Opening an account

For qualifying Customers, a 14 day credit account will be opened. Qualifying customers are those customers that already have an account with Lenovo and are in good standing.

Delivery options

Lenovo Express offers our customer a variety of delivery options. Our focus is to assist the customer, whether you would like your order shipped as a priority, or would prefer to collect it yourself, we can accommodate you:

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery option ensures that you will receive your order within approximately 48 hours, though never longer than 72 hours from when we have confirmed receipt of your payment. In the case of customers paying via direct deposit, we will require a copy of your proof of payment to ship the order.

Express Delivery

For those customers requiring rapid delivery of their orders, we offer an express delivery service where any orders received by 10h00 will be delivered by 10h00 the next business day. In the case of customers paying via direct deposit, we will require a copy of your proof of payment to ship the order.

Collect From Our Premises

For customers who would prefer to collect their orders from us directly, we offer a facility to collect orders from our premises in Paulshof. Customers collecting their own orders may also choose to pay cash on collection, a payment method not available to those receiving deliveries, or via credit card.
